Brian Kelly Manhattan Beach CA, Advisor of Human Services has more than 25 years of senior and executive management experience in state and local government. He spent 14 years with the State of CA Department of Children and Families, serving in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility throughout the state.

Bob was superintendent of Gulf Coast Center an Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded, which provided 24-hour residential care to 338 developmentally disabled adults. From 1999 through 2002 Bob was district administrator for Brevard, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.

He oversaw a system serving more than two million residents.
